HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

We are looking for highly resourceful and conscientious individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills for the following post:
* HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER.
The role of HR Officer is to deliver a full range of HR services. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and be responsible for recruitment, training, employment law compliance, employee benefits, handling grievances and disciplinary action. The HR Officer will be working closely with line managers and individual employees.

Requirements:

- University Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with advanced skills in Office, Excel, Power Point and email management.
