- Good at MS Office, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel end PowerPoint

- Assist Store Managers to supervise and lead a team of sales members to maintain a high standard of customer service and achieve sales goal
- Manage day-to-day shop operations and sales activities to ensure smooth operation on sales floor
- Manage merchandise, inventorç staff roster, store security cash control, etc
- Diploma from recognized Institute
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in frontline retail operations with at least 1 year in supervisory level
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Knowledge in computer and Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess leadership skill
