Senior Road Design Engineer

Your responsibilities will include overall road design and project management. The candidate needs to be competent on design software such as MX Road, LEAP Bridge V8i, SAP 2000, GEO 5, SPACEGASS V10, Civil 3D and AutoCAD 2010.
Qualification: BSc / BTech (Civil) would be preferable.

Core Competencies:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the methods and techniques of road engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of the concepts of civil engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of the materials of constructing highways and main roads
  • Skilled in planning and generating drawings for various roads
  • Possess strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills

Mechanical Technician

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Maintains EMS to record the equipment in need of repair and prioritizes accordingly.
  • Complies with the Electrical Safety regulations to ensure safe work practices.
  • Plans, implements and maintains electrical preventative maintenance programs.
  • Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
  • Understands the Room Preventative Maintenance Program (RPM)
  • Replaces or repairs room’s faulty Mechanical equipment.
  • Replaces or repairs damaged bathroom fixtures and executes general plumbing as needed.
  • Maintains an overall appearance of the room; replaces broken mirrors, hangs fixtures, does touch-up painting, etc.
  • Uses both power and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Performs preventative maintenance throughout other areas of the hotel, including both the front and heart of house, interior and exterior.
  • Maintains the condition of hotel lobbies and restaurants.
  • General repairs in and around the Hotel
  • Attends relevant training to remain current on proper techniques.
  • Performs other tasks as directed.
  • Maintains operating equipment in working condition by performing routine equipment checks and repairs.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with the hotel’s fire safety system and take corrective action on any maintenance or operating problems which affect the security or operating condition of the hotel.
  • Reports any hazards or injuries in the department or hotel and takes immediate action to correct.
  • Maintains and assist in the cleanliness of individual work area.
