We are looking for dynamic individual with positive outlook to fill the following positions:
 
PROPERTY CONSULTANT.
  • A proven ability in building client relationships to achieve and exceed set targets
  • Proficient knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
  • Familiar with most areas of Brunei
ADMIN ASSISTANT
  • Experienced in record management
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Effective organizational skill
ACCOUNTS CLERK
  • Proficient knowledge of Accounting Principles
  • Familiar with UBS, Excel or other accounting software
  • Strong capability in payroll, collections & petty cash management
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
  • Experienced in handling projects & capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Demonsatrate loyalty and maintain confidentiality
IT / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
  • Proficient knowledge in hardware, software, networking systems & programs
  • Demonstrable skills in establishing & integrating the CRM, HRM & Accounting System
  • Effective in decision making, analytical & problem solving skills
General Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘A” Level, Diploma/Certificate or Degree in related field
  • With at least 1 year working experience (preferably in related field)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Malay,English (Chinese speaking is an advantage)
  • Strong team player w/ excellent interpersonal skills, organize, matured & hardworking individual & ability to work independently
  • High level of Computer Literacy
  • Requires own transport, Valid Driver’s License and at least 1 yr driving experience
  • Open for LOCAL / PR only
