CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Role Descriptions:
• Plan and execute corporate communications strategies to enhance the image of the organization through the media and various publicity channels
• Execute internal and external communications programmes to reach out to the various stakeholders
• Cultivate media relations in both traditional and social platforms and manage media queries and actively pitches stories to the media to build a positive organization profile
• Support corporate events and visits; draft media releases and speeches and manage the development of corporate publications and publicity channels
• Work closely with senior management and partner cross-functional units to provide communications initiatives that enhance the organization’s image and reputation
• Promote corporate brand and image
• Act as corporate spokesperson
Key requirements:
• Degree in Mass Communications or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of communications with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
• Extensive network of media contacts
• A good grasp of current affairs, both locally and internationally
• A team player who is driven, pro-active, independent and able to multi-task
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Role Descriptions:
• Identify and analyze the training needs of all the business units in the organization
• Source or conduct training programmes to enhance the competencies of the employees
• Conduct the annual learning needs analysis exercise
• Ensure efficient running of all training and development processes
• Collect and organize training statistics and staff training roadmaps
• Manage the orientation, induction and training attachment programs
• Manage training resources such as training system and database
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource, Education or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource/Development
• Working knowledge of learning & development systems, processes & practices
• Possess experience in training curriculum design and development
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
• Resourceful, independent and a self-starter
OFFICER. TREASURY BACK OFFICE
Role Descriptions:
• Perform back-office and settlement support functions
• Responsible for processing remittances and Treasury products, FXIMM settlements promptly and accurately
• Investigate mismatches in confirmations and bank reconciliation
• Upload incoming fund via SWIFT and coordinate appropriately
• Assist Operations Manager in managing the bank positions and to conclude transactions with bank counterparties
• Review, monitor and reconciles Treasury operation transactions
• Responsible for back office transaction reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance to Audit and adhering to Regulatory Compliance guidelines
Key Requirements:
• HND in Banking & Finance or a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience in Treasury Settlement
• Good knowledge of Swift system will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
