Requirement:
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Master’s Degree a plus
- • Minimum 5+ years HR experience.
- • Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices and procedures:
- • Well verse in the local Brunei Employment Law.
- • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:
- • Under minimal supervision, acts as a consultant tà management in developing, implementing and coordinating pdicies and programs covering serveral or all of the following; recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labour relations, and personnel research.
- • Participates in policy development and participates in cross-divisional HR teams.
- • Communicate HR related programs to managers and employees.
- • Acts as HR Business Partner to managers / leaders.
- • Handles special projects, as assigned We are also looking for the potential candidates to lill up the technical positions below.
