Cook (Western)

a. Must have experience as Cook or Assistant Cook and trained for cooking in large groups
b. Must have the ability to work well with others as a team
c. Must have the capability of operating and handling kitchen equipment safely considering health hazards and precautionary measures
d. Must have the knowledge to interpret written menus and meal plans.
e. Must have the knowledge of standards in food preparation, kitchen procedures and in serving the customers
f. Must know the value of maintaining appropriate inventory of food supplies and usage
